I have been playing piano for almost 20 years (since I was nine-years-old), and I've been crazy about it ever since. My first teaching opportunity was in high school when I had the pleasure of teaching some of the awesome kids in my neighborhood. Following high school, I moved to St. George, UT and completed an Associate of Science degree from Dixie State University. During that time I was active in the theater department and participated in a number of musical stage productions. Heading back north, I attended the University of Utah where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Anthropology. I then became a certified Yoga instructor, reconnecting with my love of teaching. All the while never neglecting my passion for playing piano, and I eventually jumped at an opportunity to become a piano teacher with Bravo Arts Academy in Ogden, Utah. After that, I acquired many of my own students in Salt Lake City. And in 2019, my husband's career relocated us to Evanston, WY where I now reside and teach. Since 2014, I've been building a career teaching piano and expanding my studio. In my spare time, I also enjoy crocheting, going to movies, reading, and playing the piano at local Assisted Living Centers.
